Fall Wellness Series
Our FREE 6-week Fall Wellness Series is designed to support your whole health journey, mind, body, and spirit. Participants will receive personalized health assessments provided by The Virtuity Foundation at the beginning and end of the program to track progress, along with access to group fitness classes open to all ages and abilities.
Each session also includes hands-on nutrition education, healthy cooking tips, and community support to help you build sustainable wellness habits that last.

Kids Club 2025
Our Kids Club program is a hands-on educational summer club where pre-k and elementary aged children can learn by doing. The course is designed and taught by various urban farmers and earth science educators. Children will get their hands dirty, learning where delicious, healthy food comes from, while immersing themself in sunshine and garden air. We look forward to seeing you in class!

Summer Wellness Series
Join us this summer for our 6-week Wellness Series— a vibrant mix of activities designed to nourish your body and mind. The program combines movement, nutrition, and measurable results. Each weekly session features a group fitness activity ranging from strength training to cardio to yoga, and other fun, energizing mixes, followed by a guided nutrition discussion.
At the first session, participants will have the opportunity to undergo a health screening and record their blood sugar and weight to track progress and celebrate wins throughout the series. Come move, breathe, grow, and connect with community all season long!
