Food Assistance & Delivery

Provides healthy food deliveries to those who deal with hunger in northern St. Louis City and County, including but not limited to underserved families with small children, senior citizens, and those disabled.

Organic Garden

Fit and Food's Project Sunflower organic garden site is where food is grown and harvested as a resource to the surrounding food desert community.
