Group Fit offers a variety of fitness classes which have included a Bootcamp-style interval class, yoga, Pilates, tennis lessons, a stretching, and deep breathing class, and much more.
Fit and Food is always creating fun and unique ways to bring fitness directly to our clients. We hold our classes both in-person and virtually to allow for maximum attendance.
Our main goal is to help bring wellness to our underserved communities who otherwise would not have access to these services. Moving your body is beneficial in more ways than just burning calories, it is a great way to reduce stress and prevent disease.
“I have benefited tremendously from The Fit & Food Connection since meeting Joy over 5 years ago during a community event. Since that time, I have participated in various in-person classes; however, when the pandemic happened and being in the “vulnerable” population, I was unsure how I would continue on my wellness journey.
